First Month's Rent & $200 Pet Fee (if applicable) must be paid 24 hours prior to your move-in date via your invoice, online, or in person.

Step 1. Transfer Your Utilities

Select your address, then transfer all utilities not listed as "Billed By BGPM" into your name, scheduled to begin services on your move-in date.

All utility transfers MUST be initiated at least one week prior to move-in to allow providers sufficient time. Utility service must begin on your lease start date.

Step 2. Purchase Renter's Insurance

Your lease requires you to purchase renter's insurance. This is a very cheap policy that protects your personal belongings and can provide housing protection for you during an emergency.

Step 3. Submit A Condition Report

This MUST be done on your move-in day.


Recording the current condition of your apartment, this document will be compared to the condition of your apartment when you move out.

 Only one form per apartment needed.
